Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products must not be damaged, and labels should not be removed.

  • Exchange: You can request a different size or color if it’s available in stock.

  • Refund: Once we receive your item and it passes our quality check, your refund will be processed.

    • For prepaid orders, the refund will go back to your original payment method.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued through a bank transfer.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. Our team will arrange a pickup, or we’ll share the warehouse address if you need to ship it yourself.

  • Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
